Out Of Network
Most of my clients utilize their PPO insurance to reimburse psychotherapy services partially. You will receive a Super Bill, a detailed invoice of the services provided, which you may submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement. This policy is in place to ensure that your clinician can prepare for your appointment and provide you with the best care practices.
Psychotherapy Session Fees
$250 50-minutes Individual Therapy
$300 50-minutes Couples Therapy
$450 80-minutes Couples Therapy
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, services can be covered in full or part. Please get in touch with your insurance company to verify benefits and how your plan compensates you for mental health services.
Saturday Premium Appointments
We offer Saturday appointments with a 30% surcharge per session to accommodate busy schedules. These premium appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are a great option for clients who need flexibility outside regular business hours.
Payment
I accept major credit cards as forms of payment.
48-Hour 2 Business Days Cancellation Policy
When you make an appointment, the scheduled time is reserved. Your clinician prepares for your appointment by reviewing your initial intake forms, analysis, and questionnaires and develops an individually tailored mental health and wellness treatment plan to provide you with the best care practices.
If you cannot make an appointment, please cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of your appointment.
For example, if your appointment is scheduled for Monday at 9:00 AM, you must cancel it by 9:00 AM on Thursday before the appointment. If the appointment is Wednesday at 6:00 PM, it must be canceled by Monday at 6:00 PM.
Late cancellations within the 48-hour two-business-day window will be offered a make-up appointment to be attended during the same week as the original appointment. If this make-up appointment is declined or missed, I reserve the right to charge a full rate for that appointment.
I understand that emergencies occur, and I will do my best to provide exceptions to the 48-hour Cancellation Policy only for true emergencies. Your well-being is important to me, and I am here to support you in unforeseen circumstances.
The client is always responsible for contacting me via voicemail/text/email 48 hours before the appointment to reschedule or cancel. This policy ensures you can control and manage your appointments according to your needs.
You will receive an electronic email notification reminder 48 hours before your appointment to confirm and remind you. For Telehealth online appointments, the video link will be in the appointment reminder email.
You will be charged the full fee if you miss or cancel an appointment without 48 hours’ notice or two business days’ notice.
To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please call (949) 257-2759 or email [email protected]. Please leave a detailed voicemail with your name, date, and time of your scheduled appointment and your request to reschedule or cancel.
So that you know, clients arriving late for appointments will be seen for the rest of the scheduled session and charged for the full session. For example, if you are 15 minutes late for a 50-minute appointment, you will be seen for only 35 minutes and charged for the full appointment.
This cancellation policy does not apply in a true emergency. Please let me know as soon as possible if this is true. However, I would like you to use this policy in such an emergency and make every attempt to keep your appointment.
